Two young Piha surfers, members of Piha Board Riders,  have been selected for the Auckland Scholastics Surf Team.

Taylor Louie and Ware Wano have made the U16 Boys.

They will travel to Ahipara to compete against 11 other regions for the National Scholastics Championship title in the school holidays 10-14 October. For the past two years Auckland has finishing third so here’s hoping the two Piha boys will life the game into a first.
