Pest Free Piha is a new initiative to get Piha pest free by 2025. That means no animal pests – rats, possums, stoats, pigs – and no plant pests. The project aims to get Piha involved, street by street.

PFP have just released a Pest Free Piha Strategic Plan 2018-2025. Pest Free Piha Plan 2018-2025 Draft for Consultation

First step is that PFP is inviting people to come along to tell them what they think about the plan, how they want to be involved. There will be  a display of traps, bait stations, replacement plants for invasive weeds etc
