Parks West is consulting on the following:

• location and number of dog control signs on the beachfront
• ecological restoration of Piha beach reserves, being all those on Piha beachfront, North Piha beachfront and Domain. This mainly applies to removal of weeds such as boneseed, agapanthus, lupin, climbing asparagus and so on.

The drop-in consultation will be held on Saturday 18 January 2014 at Marine Parade North between Little Lion Rock Corner and Helicopter Landing Pad
