Hello members, we will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting on Saturday 27 June 2015 at the Clubrooms at 5pm.  The Executive of the Piha Memorial RSA Inc have been requested to convene the meeting of its Membership, as per Rule 21 (a) for the sole purpose of discussing with the Membership the proposition of borrowing money from the bank as a mortgage or loan to refurbish and refit the kitchen in the Clubrooms.  The intention is to borrow money of not more than $150,000.00.  All current financial members are invited to attend.
