The Piha Ratepayers and Residents Association wants to know of the former-WCC $750,000 footpaths project which is now completed.

They are asking about three aspects:

• functionality – is walking easier and well-used
• visual impact – aesthetics, is the infrastructure compatible with Piha environment
• safety – is it safer to get around
